What is Shiatsu?

Shiatsu is based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine, the 5 elements and the 12 meridians. In Japan Shiatsu developed from acupressure to a new form of bodywork and finally to an art of healing. Shiatsu is very proven nowadays. It harmonizes the energyflow in our bodies, releases tensions and enhances our holistic wellbeing. The self-healing forces increase as well. Shiatsu is beneficial for people of all ages.
