About the origin of Craniosacral Therapy

Would you like to let go of tension and find your primordial power - Craniosacral Therapy can balance the deep layers of ourselves!

What is Craniosacral Therapy?

Our brain and spinal cord are surrounded and protected by the nurturing cerebrospinal fluid (liquor), from the skull down the spine. The ongoing production and resorption of the liquor can be felt as a subtle rhythm in the body like heartbeat and breathing. The sensitive and very accurate work on the craniosacral system allows the therapist to perceive blockades and to release them, which allows the body to regulate itself. Craniosacral Therapy is beneficial for people of all ages, including babies and children.

Happy clients

I trust Barbara Werner not only because of her competence in Shiatsu and Craniosacral Therapy, but also because of her amazing ability to tune in with me in a very sensitive and attentive way. This requires a special kind of concentration and openess, which I appreciate a lot and I haven`t found anywhere else.

The interesting sessions with her are a valuable change to my creative professional and private life.

I definitely recommend her as a talented bodytherapist.
